A product family name, backed by measured data
"VOC-free" is the name of this product family, not an absolute zero-emission claim. Emission performance is verified against a named test method and reported in the product documentation, so your quality team can qualify the grade against its own specification.
Formulation
Water-borne acrylic systems with low residual volatiles and low odor, without solvent handling on the coating line.
Process
Drying windows and coat weights tuned so the finished laminate meets the emission target after conversion.
Verification
Emission, fogging and odor results issued as test reports together with the TDS and SDS.
